Since March 2020 we are all dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. At the moment, October 2021, things are changing for the better and we are confident that the Annual Conference can take place in Haarlem.
However we have to be aware of the fact that the situation could change and we will have to contend again with restrictions and government regulations; such as, for example, social distancing in lecture rooms, limited numbers of persons gathered, etc.
This has an effect on the arrangements we are making at this point, because of possible financial consequences. It is for that reason that, at this moment, we have to restrict the conference attendance to 100.
As soon as possible we will be making an update on the situation.
Accommodation is not included, but the hotel will keep a number of rooms available for participants until March 28th 2022. An online booking form is available on the Conference website. Single rooms will cost around 119,50 euro and double rooms (that can also be used as twin bedrooms) 136 euro; breakfast included. The price may change, depending on next year’s tourist tax that has not yet been determined by the city council.
If you want to make use of the arrangement we have made with the hotel, you should use the booking form on the conference website and not the hotel website or any other booking sites.
To fill in the form, download it on your computer and send it as an attachment to the hotel email-address.
You are however free to choose other accommodation, but it would be pleasant if we could all lodge in the same place.
