Welcome !

We would be very pleased to hear from you, even if you are not resident in Sheffield.

2011 programme:

We study one Dickens novel throughout each year (currently Great Expectations), and plan an interesting and varied programme. This includes talks, discussions, readings, trips and events to other branches, an open day, and social occasions. If you wish to see our 2011 programme in detail, the secretary will be happy to forward this to you.

Meetings: Monthly – usually on the second Friday of every month.
Venue: The Hollis Room, Upper Chapel Meeting Rooms (Channing Hall entrance), Surrey Street, S1 (wheelchair access through the chapel, Norfolk Street)
Subscription £10 per year This includes access to all branch meetings and other events in Sheffield, as well as all other Dickens Fellowship branches (UK and world wide). It also includes free admission to the Charles Dickens Museum in Doughty Street, London, and reduced subscription to the journal, The Dickensian.
